We Accept: Horizon BCBS, Aetna, United Healthcare, Medicare, and Medicaid.
If your insurance provider is not listed, and you wish to use your out-of-network benefits, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (“superbill”) that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and eligible insurance plans.
